1. Scope of Services
GoldenCareAll provides the following:
- Senior care services including accommodation, personal assistance, and therapy sessions.
- Informational products such as digital guides, webinars, and training materials.
- Physical products including wellness supplements, care equipment, and branded merchandise.
2. Policy for Services
For paid appointments and packages at the resort, customers may request a refund or reschedule service subject to the following conditions:
- Requests must be submitted at least 72 hours before the scheduled date.
- Refunds are processed within 14 business days after approval.
- Alternatively, customers may choose a one-time reschedule at no extra charge if the new date falls within 90 days of the original booking.
3. Policy for Informational Products
For digital guides, webinars, and training materials:
- Customers may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of the content has been accessed.
- Refund requests after this period or once 20% access is exceeded are not accepted due to the nature of digital distribution.
4. Policy for Physical Products
For wellness supplements, care equipment, and merchandise:
- Physical items may be shipped back within 30 days of delivery in unused condition.
- Shipping fees for sending items back are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged upon delivery.
- Refunds are issued within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
5. Limitations and Non-refundable Services
Certain wellness retreat experiences and time-sensitive therapy sessions are non-refundable once booking is confirmed, as resources and staff schedules are reserved exclusively. We recommend considering rescheduling options outlined above.
